Natasha Manikam (previously Naicker) is an experienced Employee Relations Practioner and Adjudicator. She was employed as an Employee Relations Officer-Durban in Edcon for 2 years; thereafter she relocated to Johannesburg for 8 years where she provided her services as a Senior Adjudicator within the Edcon Edgars, E-Commerce & Thank U Digital Division. Natasha Manikam has chaired numerous Disciplinary Enquiries during her tenure as well as grievances, Incapacity Hearings and Sexual Harassment matters. Through her experience, Natasha Manikam has developed an innate ability to analyze evidence and make decisions based on fact and objectivity.
After the unfortunate economic downturn in 2020, Natasha Manikam was retrenched and decided to continue her legal career by returning to her hometown where her career began.
Natasha completed her articles in October 2021 and became an admitted attorney on 21 January 2022. Natasha Manikam through self-learning and through the teachings of experienced colleagues developed and expanded her knowledge in the various areas of Law.
Currently Natasha Manikam Attorneys is a newly established firm which opened its doors in April 2022. Natasha Manikam is the sole Practioner and she provides direct advice to clients. Natasha plans to expand her firm in the near future.

Natasha Manikam is in the process of obtaining accreditation for mediation services as she believes that Mediation is the future of resolving legal disputes as it is efficient and cost effective.
